As a Lead Software Engineer on our Palo Alto crypto team, you will build the customer-facing mobile and full-stack experiences that bring Nubank's global crypto offering to life - from the first interaction through the services that power it.

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience building and operating production mobile applications, combined with the ability to work across APIs and backend services, or equivalent full-stack depth with meaningful mobile delivery experience
- A track record of independently leading a medium-term engineering initiative from technical design through production operation
- Strong foundations in client architecture, state management, API contracts, testing, performance, and reliability
- Product judgment and experience simplifying complex or high-stakes workflows for customers
- Experience designing and operating transactional or security-sensitive product features
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering partners
