## About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to help accelerate Nubank’s business expansion in the United States. This role can be based in Palo Alto, California, or Miami, Florida.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Management, ideally in fast-paced, technology-driven, or highly regulated environments
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills, with the ability to balance business ambition, commercial value, and risk management
- Experience working across multiple categories and managing contracts in partnership with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations and action plans
- Experience using AI tools and digital solutions to improve routines, productivity, quality of deliverables, and visibility for decision-making
- Experience building, structuring, or using dashboards and visual management tools to track financial impact, risks, deadlines, and performance
