## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (IC5/IC6) to join our Lending New Markets team in Miami or Palo Alto. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of one of Nubank's most important global expansion efforts.

## What they're looking for

- - 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both visual craft and strategic thinking
- - A strategic mindset for adaptation and localization: you know how to take something that works in one market and make it thrive in another
- - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning teams across borders
- - Experience running discovery work, usability tests, and user research — or at least a strong appetite for it
- - Domain experience in fintech, banking, or lending is ideal but not required. Experience with large US banks, Capital One, SoFi, or similar is a plus
- - Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
