## About the role

We're hiring our first dedicated Engineering Manager to help lead our engineering teams in SF. You'll manage and grow a team of engineers while staying close enough to the code and the system design to earn the trust of the people you lead. We're not looking for someone who manages from a distance — we're looking for someone who's done the work, still wants to be in the details when it matters, and gets energy from making other engineers better.

- You still want to be technical. You can go deep on system design, review code and architecture decisions, and earn credibility with your team by being a good collaborator
