## What they're looking for

- A passion for designing innovative products that improve healthcare outcomes paired with an enthusiasm to shape a mission-driven design culture
- 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience supported by a portfolio showcasing direct-to-consumer digital product design
- Demonstrated experience designing for consumer audiences across mobile apps with a preference for having designed responsive web experiences
- Proven track record as an individual contributor able to execute and deliver through uncertainty, possessing a highly-adaptable sense of process and strong point of view
- Mastery of design principles, research methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma — from layout and prototyping to design systems and handoff workflows
