## About the role

At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $132,300 and $198,450 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.

## What they're looking for

- In-house technical recruiting experience at talent dense technology companies, with at least 2 years recruiting for ML, robotics, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Demonstrated experience building candidate pipelines through direct/outbound sourcing (not solely inbound or agency-sourced)
- Experience partnering directly with engineering directors/VPs on hiring strategy and role definition
- Experience managing 10+ concurrent open searches
- Working knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Practical fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools
