## About the role

Nymbus is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to lead the data warehouse and reporting transformation for a key financial institution client currently operating on a Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse platform (SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS). This role will serve as the technical lead guiding the client's migration from its existing Microsoft stack to a modern data platform built on Snowflake (database) and Sigma (analytics and reporting).

## What they're looking for

- 5-8 years of relevant experience for this role
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a traditional financial institution (bank or credit union)
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality of output
- Proficient in the areas of statistics, finance, and retail and commercial banking business concepts
- Passion to self-educate and stay current on the latest analytics and data platform trends in marketing, banking, and other fields, including modern cloud data warehousing and BI tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate effectively in forums and meetings with technical and non-technical teams, and to explain migration decisions and trade-offs clearly to client stakeholders
