## About the role

The Enterprise IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical and operational support for Enterprise IT. This role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and supporting the technologies employees rely on every day. This is more than a traditional Help Desk role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and leveraging AI and automation to make Enterprise IT more efficient.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset
