## About the role

The SVP, Product Management, Origination is the senior product leader responsible for the strategic direction, product performance, squad output, and commercial outcomes of Nymbus' Origination domain. You will lead the product teams responsible for how businesses and consumers originate new financial relationships both online and in-branch across all product types, including credit cards, loans, deposits, and more across the product suite.

## What they're looking for

- Significant product, technology, or operational leadership experience within banking, credit unions, fintech, or financial services technology
- Deep subject matter expertise in digital account opening, deposit origination, loan origination/eLending, or a closely related banking origination platform
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end customer/member application and onboarding lifecycle
- Experience with financial institution systems and integrations, including core banking platforms and third-party fintech providers
- Working knowledge of KYC/CIP, OFAC, identity verification, fraud controls, credit decisioning, disclosures, and other regulatory requirements affecting origination
- Experience translating complex banking requirements into scalable technology products
