## About the role

Grow a book of HVCs: Develop a pipeline of High-Value Clients from prospective leads and convert existing clients to HVCs status Client retention: Identify and address client needs. Engage clients with the full suite of OANDA products while educating clients about the markets and leveraged trading.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree, and at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in financial services and/or a highly regulated environment
- Proven industry experience
- Has or can obtain Series 3 & 34 licenses
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Google Suite, and experience in Salesforce would be an asset
- Passionate about Forex trading and enjoys discussing the financial markets
- Demonstrated desire and willingness to continue to upgrade skills and training with regards to financial markets
