## About the role

This is a business-facing, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for partnering with Finance, People, Legal, and Procurement to shape and deliver the roadmap, operations, integrations, compliance, and continuous improvement of Obsidian's core G&A systems portfolio, .

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Finance or a related field, 10+ years of experience in IT business systems, enterprise applications or finance systems
- Public-company experience with direct, hands-on ownership of SOX ITGCs — access reviews, change mgmt, segregation of duties, audit evidence, vendor assurance and remediation — not just audit participation
- Experience supporting Finance and HR systems in a regulated, audit-driven environment, biotech, pharma, medtech or life sciences are strongly preferred
- Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience, with enough finance process fluency to be credible with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Payroll, Legal and external reporting
- Track record managing SaaS business systems end to end: vendor releases, integrations, UAT, data flows, role-based access and audit-ready documentation
- Strong business partner with sound judgment and plain-language communication, builds trust across Finance, People, Legal, Procurement and the executive team while holding control discipline
