## About the role

This role has two components: supporting the annotation team day-to-day while remaining hands-on in the work yourself. Serve as the day-to-day point person for a team of Video Data Annotators in our Salt Lake City office and work collaboratively with our California office

## What they're looking for

- 2-5 years of experience in data annotation, quality assurance, operations, trust & safety, content review, compliance operations, or another high-volume, detail-oriented environment
- Prior leadership experience, whether as a team lead, senior individual contributor, trainer, QA specialist, or informal mentor
- Exceptional attention to detail, you notice small inconsistencies that other people miss
- Comfortable making judgment calls when a situation doesn't fit neatly into an existing rule
- Able to give direct, constructive feedback without making the relationship adversarial
- Comfortable holding teammates accountable to quality and productivity expectations
