## About the role

As Vice President of Product Management, you will own the strategy and roadmap for Octaura’s trading products, aligning client needs and the evolving market landscape with the company’s business strategy. You will shape how Product operates as GenAI changes the function, with genuine influence over the future operating model and the customer-facing solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Open-mindedness, curiosity and comfort operating in an evolving environment where the product model, structure and ways of working are still being shaped
- A practical understanding of GenAI and its likely impact on product management, together with the willingness to help define an AI-enabled product process. Deep technical AI expertise is not required
- A strategic, commercially minded product leader who can connect detailed solutioning to a bigger-picture two to three-year direction
- Ability to challenge thinking at all levels, promote innovation, creative thinking and genuinely influence the direction of the products, solutions and company
- Outstanding client-facing discovery and communication skills, with the judgment to distinguish a requested feature from the underlying problem
- Experience leading, coaching and developing Product Managers, and the credibility to build alignment across executive, commercial and technical stakeholders
