## About the role

We're looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to Peter, our co-founder. This role owns the planning and execution of Oden's in-person events (tradeshows, customer engagements, and occasional webinars) and also plays a hands-on role in our marketing systems, building campaigns, lists, and flows in HubSpot, and supporting content and web work.

## What they're looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a related generalist marketing role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform, this is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have
- Comfortable building things yourself (campaigns, lists, basic web/content updates) rather than just coordinating logistics
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management, especially under event deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating closely with sales and marketing
