## About the role

As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.

## What they're looking for

- 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function
- Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure
- Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent
- Exceptional written and visual communication. You can build an executive-ready deck without hand-holding and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership - small team, wide surface area, and constant movement between long-range strategy work and next-day turnarounds
