## About the role

As a Talent Development Operations & Program Specialist you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Braze. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end program management of our global New Hire Onboarding Program, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and connected with critical information, from day one.

## What they're looking for

- 1-3 yrs of professional experience
- Familiarity in using learning management systems, HR systems, such as Workday and Greenhouse, and other related software
- Executive presence to represent Talent Development with professionalism, confidence, and personality through virtual/in-person facilitation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness via data management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
- Experience with event/cohort management, global scheduling across time zones, and process documentation
