## About the role

We're recruiting for a Chief of Staff who is highly driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to join us in-person in San Francisco to help build and scale the company. You'll work directly with the CEO and you'll own end-to-end execution on whatever needs to happen, from hiring to new initiatives and day-to-day operations. You'll often make the call on what happens and how it gets done.

- Take on whatever's breaking, slowing us down, or the bottleneck to our growth
- Execute new initiatives and one-off projects for growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Hiring + sourcing the best candidates, running interviews/work trials, onboarding new hires
- Talk to existing and prospective customers - run inquires, security questionnaires, demos
- Run office operations and handle admin work (expenses, vendor management, all the stuff that needs to get done)
- Build and automate processes and systems as we scale
