## About the role

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Facility Compliance Lead to join our team. The Facility Compliance Lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining the infrastructure, programs, and processes necessary to demonstrate compliance across DOE and NRC regulated facilities. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, licensing, and quality teams to ensure that regulatory commitments are translated into executable programs and verifiable compliance artifacts.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with DOE and/or NRC regulatory frameworks (e.g., 10 CFR 50, 52, 70, 830, DOE Orders)
- Experience developing, implementing, or overseeing administrative or operational programs in a nuclear or highly regulated environment
- Experience supporting or leading audits, inspections, or regulatory interactions
- Strong understanding of compliance documentation, records, and reporting expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
