## What they're looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training, an associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Facility maintenance, equipment-installation, construction-support, or contractor-coordination experience
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of facility mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to perform the essential functions of an on-site industrial role, including standing, walking, lifting, and working around industrial equipment
- Ability to read and follow procedures, document completed work accurately, and maintain facility records
