## About the role

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Southeastern Idaho Environmental Specialist to join our engineering team. This role will work closely with construction, operations, licensing, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure environmental compliance across active project sites and related field activities. The position requires field presence and direct interaction with contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience supporting environmental compliance, construction environmental oversight, industrial operations, or related field activities
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting requirements including:
- Stormwater permitting
- Spill prevention and response
- Hazardous waste management
