## About the role

We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of large-scale, LLM-powered conversational Chatbot systems serving both enterprise and consumer use cases. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building intelligent, autonomous chatbot systems operating in real-time crypto environments. You will define the technical vision and own end-to-end delivery of production-grade conversational AI platforms.

## What they're looking for

- Deep understanding of the engineering complexity behind industrial dialogue systems, including orchestration layers, intent classification, policy control, and fallback strategies
- Proven experience deploying large-scale conversational products (To Business or To Consumer) in production environments
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers for high-accuracy task allocation
- Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks (automatic metrics, LLM-as-judge, human review systems, etc.)
- Strong experience driving automated bad-case discovery, logging systems, experiment design, and A/B testing frameworks
