## What they're looking for

- 5-10 years in supply chain operations, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Beverage preferred
- Strong negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with the various beverage systems is a plus
- May require significant travel (e.g., up to 50%)
- Project Management and change management skill development needed
- Proven experience in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment
