## About the role

We're looking for a Director of Planning & Purchasing to deliver the planning and supply execution required to support next-generation AI computing solutions. You'll own demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics, ensuring materials and production schedules are aligned to support successful product launches and high-volume manufacturing.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within electronics or advanced manufacturing, including at least five years leading teams
- Subject matter expertise in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, ERP/MRP systems, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Experience implementing end-to-end ERP/MRP planning solutions from the ground up, including business process design, master data, planning parameters, material planning, and reporting to support scalable manufacturing operations
- Proven success developing planning processes and managing material execution that enable successful product launches and high-volume manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional supply chain execution across Engineering, Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and contract manufacturing partners
