## About the role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team as Senior Counsel, Commercial . This role will work closely with business development, partnerships, marketing, operations, and other commercial teams to structure, negotiate, and execute the agreements that support Ondo’s growth.

## What they're looking for

- JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- 5–8+ years of legal experience at a major law firm and/or a high-growth blockchain, fintech, financial services, or technology company
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, including liability, indemnification, intellectual property, data use, confidentiality, service levels, termination rights, and regulatory allocation
- Experience advising business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, operations, or other commercial teams
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to provide clear, practical advice in situations involving competing business and legal considerations
