## About the role

As a Product Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Product team to support discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch across active initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech turns customer problems into shipped features. Team Integration: You’ll be paired with a Product Manager and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners, sitting in on planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews.

## What they're looking for

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Business, Product Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior Experience: You've completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects you're excited to talk through
- Availability: This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program
- Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a keen listener with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
