## About the role

As a Product Manager on the Banking team at OnePay, you'll own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for our Cash Advance product and other Banking features. You'll leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to directly shape how millions of customers manage short-term cash flow, while partnering with other teams to ensure seamless and scalable experiences across our app and point-of-sale channels. This role offers a significant opportunity to massively impact both our customers and our company.

## What they're looking for

- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
- You are not afraid to dig into the details and the underlying mechanics (limits, repayment, fees, etc.) - note: you do not need full underwriting depth
- A track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up
- Strong analytical chops, comfortable working side by side with data and risk partners
- Highly detail-oriented, thrives in a genuinely cross-functional environment
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
