## About the role

This Treasury lead will report directly to the Treasurer and is responsible for building out the suite of analytic tools to enhance Treasury infrastructure and increase the visibility and value of cash and capital at the firm. The Analytics lead will be tasked with building cash forecasting, capital, balance sheet, and risk models to inform key strategic decisions. We are working to be an Ai native company and would expect this person to incorporate Ai in these builds; we have unlimited tokens here as well.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA, CFA, or CA preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or related analytical field
- Prior experience at a large bank or major fintech
- Experience prompting and using Ai for operational efficiencies
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash management structures, forecasting, ALM and other core treasury models, and banking products
- Experience building or scaling treasury/finance data infrastructure, proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) a plus
