## About the role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff, GTM & Business Operations to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and help scale Onehouse through its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that blends: Go-to-market execution and operations, CEO-level strategic and operational support, External-facing leadership with customers and partners and General business operations and problem-solving.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or early-stage startup operations
- Hands-on experience with go-to-market operations, including CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), pipeline management, and sales/marketing alignment
- Experience working closely with a CEO or executive team, including board prep and strategic execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal presentation/communication skills
- Comfort being externally customer- and partner-facing
