## About the role

ONEOK is looking for a Tax Analyst II to join our growing tax department. We are looking for an analytical candidate with attention to detail along with organizational and time management skills. This person will primarily prepare and file income tax returns and handle all processes surrounding those filings. Depending upon the current and future skills of the candidate, this position will grow into special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a high performing and engaged tax team.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in the areas of tax and/or financial accounting for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience in use and function of office equipment including microcomputers and applicable software and accessing mainframe applications
- Experience and/or training related to: Midstream oil & gas accounting
- Communication/interpersonal skills
- Experience researching, composing, reconciling, and preparing complex tax data, return forms, related studies, reports and filings
- Experience reading and interpreting company correspondence, reports, accounting and tax-related publications, return forms, contracts, ledgers, manuals, and legal documents
