Initiate, schedule, review, and monitor daily nominations to maintain pipeline integrity by minimizing Operational Balance Agreement (OBA) and shipper or customer imbalances Coordinate with traders regarding overall daily scheduling and balancing positions on interstate and intrastate pipelines; report any problems to traders regarding flow of product(s)
