## About the role

Perform and supervise a team of reliability engineers responsible for improving asset reliability, availability, and maintainability across plant processing, fractionation, storage, and pipeline facilities. Drive reliability strategies, risk-based decision making, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment failure analysis, Management of Change (MOC) and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of critical assets.

## What they're looking for

- Experience leading and developing engineering teams and driving reliability culture improvements
- Extensive experience with rotating equipment reliability including pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated auxiliary systems
- Experience developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
- Experience conducting root cause failure analyses and implementing sustainable corrective actions
- Experience utilizing reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RBI, RCFA, and asset criticality analysis
- Experience utilizing reliability and maintenance data to identify trends and drive business decisions
