- Serve as a Legal Compliance Manager, working with the OneStream Legal, Compliance and Risk organization, as well as stakeholders across the company
- Explaining external compliance requirements to stakeholders
- Reviewing any new contracts or internal business proposals for compliance, security, and privacy considerations
- Creates and maintains a comprehensive compliance program using best practices to anticipate legal challenges and mitigate risks
- Arranges for the use of compliance tools as appropriate
- Monitor, track, and keep abreast of all (federal, state, local, and international) proposed, pending, and existing laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to OneStream
