## About the role

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative Manager to join our Marketing Operations team and help turn great marketing ideas into scalable, measurable programs. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in understanding our lead management processes, designing thoughtful solutions, and bringing those solutions to life across our marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo.

## What they're looking for

- MCE certification or comparable Marketo expertise required
- Experience using go-to-market technologies such as 6sense, Qualified, LeanData, and Salesloft is strongly preferred
- Experience working with AI-enabled marketing technologies, automation, or workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and how it connects with marketing systems
- Solid understanding of lead management concepts, including scoring, lifecycle management, routing, enrichment, and campaign measurement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
