## About the role

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. This role partners with finance, operations, tax, treasury, and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies while providing meaningful financial insight to management.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices
- Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring accounting professionals
- Proficiency with enterprise accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
