## About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team, onsite in Wilmington, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verification and validation of complex software. You will be a key contributor on a team developing next generation solutions for our Inspection Business Unit. ## What they're looking for

- Ability to understand requirements and design test strategies and plans based on those requirements
- Proven experience (~5 years) in software testing and/or systems level testing for highly technical applications
- Experience developing automated tests and scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- On-the-job experience with generative/agentic AI tools like MS Copilot to accelerate and go deeper with software testing
- Experience testing client/server solutions
- Excellent skillset focused on Windows development, the .NET platform (C#, C++), and relational databases (SQL Server a plus)
