## About the role

The purpose of this position is to support customers on the application of Onto Innovation’s automatic optical inspection (AOI), Critical Dimension/Overlay, 2D&3D products. This requires travelling to customer sites to troubleshoot process integration-related issues, as well as the evaluation of product performance and implementation of new features. The position also supports the customers by training them on system operation and how to get the most benefit from IBU (Inspection Business Unit) products.
