## About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Machine Vision Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge automated inspection and metrology systems for our advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between hardware and software, leveraging C++ and MVTec HALCON to build high-performance, real-time vision algorithms that ensure sub-micron accuracy and high throughput.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine vision software development, specifically within the semiconductor or high-precision electronics manufacturing industry
- Core Languages: Proficient in C++ with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and memory management
- Vision Libraries: Extensive, production-level experience using MVTec HALCON (HDevEngine or HALCON/C++ integration)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., wafer inspection, die bonding, wire bonding, or packaging)
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong background in digital image processing, matrix mathematics, 2D/3D geometry, and camera calibration
