## About the role

Onto Innovation is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our team in Wilmington, Massachusetts location . This role is part of team developing our next-generation proprietary semiconductor capital equipment used in inspection and metrology for advanced packaging applications, including AI and other emerging technologies. This position requires deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Motion control systems for precision equipment
