## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional software development experience is required, where Android development (Kotlin and/or Java) was your professional focus for at least two (2) or more years
- You evaluate technologies and solutions based on merit, stability, performance, and the ability to debug, and you write maintainable, well-tested code that's easy for others to understand
- A strong sense of ownership, a desire to mentor and be mentored, and advocacy for the customer and their experience
- A strong curiosity for exploring new technologies, including AI
- A hypothesis-driven, metrics-oriented approach - comfort forming hypotheses, running experiments, and letting data guide iteration
