## About the role

We are seeking a BIM Designer & Coordinator to support the planning and design of large-scale industrial and mission-critical facilities. In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines, enabling early design validation, constructability reviews, equipment planning, and cross-functional coordination. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of BIM modeling, BIM coordination, drafting, or design technology experience
- Experience developing 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, SolidWorks, or comparable BIM/CAD platforms
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary coordination for complex industrial, infrastructure, or building projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment layouts, design narratives, diagrams, and consultant deliverables
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, model organization, file management, and coordination workflows
