## About the role

Support day-to-day internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth portfolio, including product, partnership, leadership, and organizational announcements. Help plan and execute internal events for supported executives and teams, including org-wide All Hands, managers meetings, Q&As, leadership AMAs, employee engagement moments, and launch-related gatherings.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting internal events, team meetings, All Hands, or employee engagement moments
- Excellent organization and project coordination skills, including demonstrated experience in tracking deadlines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder feedback
- Sound judgment and discretion, particularly when handling confidential or sensitive information across technical, customer-facing, and business teams
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust, anticipate communications needs, and keep cross-functional teams aligned
