## About the role

We are hiring a strategic finance partner to partner with Product and GTM leaders in incubating and launching new B2B Products. You will evaluate new product initiatives and commercial viability, help shape commercial strategy, develop forecasts and revenue targets, and build the 0→1 financial foundations and decision-making frameworks to scale these products. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. ## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or buy-side investing coupled with operational experience at a fast-paced, scaling company
- Direct ownership of strategic finance, product finance, commercial finance, pricing and monetization, or product P&Ls in a complex B2B business
- A track record of deep cross-functional partnership across Product, GTM, Data Science and the ability to influence senior leaders when incentives or priorities conflict
- Expert modeling skills, including building detailed product P&Ls and operating models
- The ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights and effectively communicate with leadership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives using data
