## About the role

OpenArt is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to build and lead influencer marketing as a major growth channel for the company. You will own the function end to end—from strategy, budgeting, and creator portfolio development to campaign execution, measurement, and team building. You’ll determine where we invest, which creators we build long-term relationships with, and how we scale winning partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms. - 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or closely related roles, with a track record of owning and scaling influencer marketing as a meaningful growth channel
- Experience setting influencer strategy and owning significant budgets, not simply executing individual campaigns
- Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem and how creators build audiences, produce content, monetize, and make partnership decisions
- Strong experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and managing creator partnerships end to end
- Demonstrated ability to connect influencer investments to business outcomes, including acquisition, conversion, CAC, revenue, and ROI
