## About the role

As a Transaction Coordinator (Transaction Management) , you will own end-to-end execution across high-volume operational workflows. You will combine process discipline, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination to ensure transactions progress through critical milestones without friction. This role sits at the heart of our tech-enabled operations, requiring strong systems fluency, sharp problem-solving skills, exception handling, and meticulous attention to detail.

- Pipeline & Workflow Execution: Manage a high-volume portfolio of active transactions, monitoring milestones, tracking SLAs, and driving items to completion
- Operational & Data Integrity: Validate critical platform documentation, perform data verification, and ensure file compliance across internal digital systems
- Exception & Ticket Management: Utilize Zendesk and proprietary internal platforms to triage tasks, manage partner queues, resolve operational blockers, and escalate edge cases
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main operational contact for internal cross-functional partners and external vendors to keep workflows moving efficiently
- Financial & Compliance Workflows: Facilitate accurate and timely transaction-related fund transfers, documentation reviews, and regulatory verification steps
