## About the role

We are looking for a Talent Lead to build and scale OpenFX's talent acquisition function and contribute to broader people operations as we grow. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to attract exceptional talent across multiple geographies.

## What they're looking for

- 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions (engineering, product, operations, compliance, go-to-market) and geographies
- Deep experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
- Strong experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, including workflow design, reporting, and process optimization
- Experience managing external agency relationships, including negotiation and performance management
- Hands-on, execution-oriented leader who can operate as both a strategic partner and an individual contributor
