OpenGov's offices are physical expressions of our culture — and we're hiring a Workplace Operations Manager to lead that experience in Atlanta while serving as the operational and knowledge backbone for the broader Workplace team. This is a role for someone who brings deep workplace expertise, a hospitality-first mindset, and the systems thinking to build infrastructure that scales.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in workplace management, office operations, or facilities management, with demonstrated senior-level ownership and scope
- Proven experience building and owning document libraries, operational playbooks, or team knowledge systems, including taxonomy, version control, and long-term maintenance
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and contractors with full accountability for performance, contract compliance, and budget stewardship
- Track record of independently owning and driving workplace or facilities projects from start to finish, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication
- Strong strategic instincts: ability to identify systemic challenges, build scalable solutions, and advise leadership with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to draft policies, program announcements, and project updates with confidence
