## About the role

The IT Business Systems Architect designs, governs, and evolves the enterprise application ecosystem that runs OpenLoop's business operations. You will own the end-to-end architecture across our core SaaS stack; including NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack. You will partner with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Engineering to ensure our systems are secure, integrated, scalable, and audit-ready.

## What they're looking for

- Required
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture, with 3+ years in an architect capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite, implementation, customization, and knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches
- Strong working knowledge of Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle management, workflows), Google Workspace administration, and Slack Enterprise Grid
- Proven experience architecting and building integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS tools, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event streams
- Demonstrated experience designing systems and access controls that meet compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2
