## About the role

OpenLoop is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to design, operate, and lead end-to-end customer marketing campaigns that work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will play a leading part in helping our customers discover, understand, and deploy new opportunities for their business to better serve patients.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing at a B2B company
- Proven experience working closely with Customer Success or Account Management teams, spanning both one-to-one account planning and broader, campaign-based customer marketing
- An AI power user. You use AI to analyze data, ideate, draft first pass copy, and feed success back into your ideation models
- Strong command of lifecycle marketing across email, events, content, and other channels
- Proven experience diving deep into data to uncover and determine cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- A builder mindset with a high degree of ownership, speed, curiosity, and attention to detail
