## About the role

OpenLoop is looking for a Data Analyst II to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll independently own analytics for one or more business areas — turning ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insight that improves patient care, optimizes our platform, and drives key decisions. You'll analyze health-related data, surface trends in telemedicine usage, and partner directly with cross-functional teams to influence how we deliver and improve telehealth services.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
- Demonstrated hands-on SQL depth — able to write and troubleshoot queries independently (required)
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to work independently through ambiguity, managing competing priorities without close oversight
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into stakeholder-ready recommendations that drive action
