We’re hiring a Lead Project Manager, Workplace Operations to own workplace design and construction from concept through occupancy, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and client partners. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent field experience
- 5+ years managing design and construction projects, ideally as an owner’s representative or in-house project manager
- Experience delivering concurrent projects across sites and representing an owner or client with external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret construction documents, bids, and change orders and translate them into clear scope, cost, and risk assessments
- Strong project financial skills, including budgeting, contingency management, and change-order evaluation, advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required
- Hands-on experience building and managing project plans in Monday, Jira, or a similar platform
